Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 88fr will close all duplicate accounts, forfeit all associated balances, and may permanently ban the individual from the platform.
To complete registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and CNIC number. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.
88fr requires all Members to complete KYC verification prior to processing any withdrawal. Verification requires submission of a clear photograph of your CNIC (both sides) and a selfie photograph for facial matching purposes. Additional documentation may be requested at 88fr's discretion, including proof of address or proof of payment method. 88fr reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC is satisfactorily completed.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 88fr platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Upon termination of an Account for reasons not attributable to a breach by the Player, 88fr will return the Player's verified Real Money balance to their registered payment method. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds will not be returned upon termination for cause.
